At Rock Gardens, we want your outdoor sanctuary to be perfect; if your home or garden décor doesn't meet your expectations, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping materials to prevent breakage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garden goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
